Local racers Lewis, Hagen, Graf, Foley winners in King of the Arch competition at NHRA Midwest Nationals

MADISON, Ill. (Sept. 30, 2023) – The annual King of the Arch competition during the NHRA national event at World Wide Technology Raceway. It is an opportunity for the local bracket racers to perform on the big stage in front of a much larger audience.

On Friday, September 29, eight racers were entered in each of the four classes – Super Pro, Pro, Sportsman and Motorcycle – to compete for the coveted King of the Arch trophy.

At the end of the day, Tim Foley (Super Pro), Doug Graf (Pro), Paul Hagen (Sportsman) and DeAndre Lewis (Motorcycle) joined each other in victory lane.

KING OF THE ARCH FINAL ROUND OF ELIMINATIONS

Super Pro: Tim Foley of Dardenne Prairie, MO, defeated Stan Enloe of Cottlesville, MO.

Pro: Doug Graf of Troy, MO, defeated Jeremy Rosenstengel of Belleville, IL.

Sportsman: Paul Hagen of Fenton, MO, defeated Jim Pearson of Winfield, MO.

Motorcycle: DeAndre Lewis of Glen Carbon, IL, defeated Eric Lewis of Florissant, MO.
