Weekend Schedule Released for 10th Annual Bommarito Automotive Group 500
MADISON, Ill. (April 2, 2026) – The 10th annual Bommarito Automotive Group 500 weekend at World Wide Technology Raceway schedule has been released and will feature a tripleheader Sunday, June 7, with INDY NXT by Firestone (4:30 p.m. CT), USAC Silver Crown (5:45 p.m.) and the primetime NTT INDYCAR SERIES feature race (8 p.m.).
The action-packed weekend begins Friday, June 5, at 5 p.m. when fans are granted exclusive track access as part of “Free Friday.” Fans are invited to walk the 1.25-mile oval, preview the Gateway Garage and enjoy a campground concert before the on-track action begins Saturday, June 6.
Saturday’s on-track action begins with practice and qualifying for both the NTT INDYCAR SERIES and INDY NXT by Firestone. The NTT INDYCAR SERIES begins with an hour-long opening practice at 11:30 a.m., followed by qualifying at 3:35 p.m. The NTT INDYCAR SERIES will close out its day with high-line practice at 7:05 p.m. and a final full-field practice under the lights at 8 p.m.
The INDY NXT by Firestone series takes to the track at 2:05 p.m. for an opening practice, followed by qualifying at 5:05 p.m. The INDY NXT by Firestone drivers will participate in an autograph session in the midway following their qualifying session at 6:30 p.m. The NTT INDYCAR SERIES drivers will have an autograph session at the American Legion booth in the midway Sunday, June 7, at 3 p.m.
In a Sunday full of excitement, the track goes hot with USAC Silver Crown at noon for its sole practice before qualifying (1:45 p.m.) and the OUTFRONT Route 66 Classic presented by Welsch Heating and Cooling (5:45 p.m.). The INDY NXT by Firestone feature race kicks off later in the afternoon at 4:30 p.m., where the sport’s rising stars will battle it out on the 1.25-mile oval.
The green flag waves at 8 p.m. for a primetime 10th anniversary Bommarito Automotive Group 500 presented by Axalta and Valvoline race live on FOX for the NTT INDYCAR SERIES. Serving as the first oval following the Indianapolis 500, WWT Raceway will be under the lights as the NTT INDYCAR SERIES field battles it out in a mid-season showdown.
While the on-track action brings action-packed battles, the WWT Raceway midway will continue to host a variety of complementary events such as SICW Wrestling at 2:30 p.m. and 6:40 p.m. as well as various concerts. Throughout the weekend, the midway and campground stages will host entertainment for fans to enjoy, such as driver introductions which will take place at the Midway Stage at 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 7.
