Update for Oct. 17-19 Drag Strip Events

Racers,

As I am sure you all have seen, the weather forecast for this weekend, specifically Saturday, is not in our favor. Due to this, we are cancelling all racing activities for Saturday. However, the facility will remain open for those of you who wish to run Friday night still and stay until Sunday.

Because of the changes in the schedule, the Fall Bracket Brawl $3K has been cancelled and will not be made up. We encourage everyone to run in the Mopar Blast’s Mopar v. World class on Sunday. The High School Alumni and Jr. Street races will be contested on Sunday.  

Mopar racers who pre-registered for the Mopar Blast portion of the event need to contact Ron Mergel for any questions regarding your race entries.

The “King of the Arch” shootouts for 2025 have been postposed at this time. Rather than cramming them into Sunday’s activities, we want to focus on getting the Mopar Blast classes in so we can complete the program in a timely fashion.

We will have the “King of the Arch” shootout for Super Pro, Pro, Sportsman, and Motorcycle early in the 2026 season, more details will be announced in the future.

UPDATE as of 4:50 p.m. on Oct. 16: The MJSS Banquet has been cancelled. Please check with MJSS for further details on their plans to honor their champions.

Friday, 10/17 Info:

    Gates Open 4 p.m.

    TNT 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.

    Gates Close 8 p.m.

    Tech Card: $50

    Crew/Spectator: $20

Saturday, 10/18 Info:

No on track activities, however, the pit area will be open for those staying on property between the Friday’s TNT and Sunday’s event (includes Mopar, non-Mopar, juniors and Victory NSS racers) and for those arriving for the MJSS Banquet. We ask everyone to be respectful of the rest of the property and stay in the drag pits and not go exploring to the rest of the facility throughout the day. Anyone arriving after the gates close Friday night or during the day on Saturday will have to stop and sign in at the guard shack. EVERYONE staying on property will need to go to the ticket booths on Sunday morning to confirm they have the proper credentials or to purchase their credentials.  

Sunday, 10/19 Info:

    Gates Open 7 a.m.

    Track Hot 9 a.m. (two time trials {weather pending} then eliminations)

Rotation: Jr. Thunder, Jr. Lightning, Mopar Trophy, Mopar Hellcat, Demon, Redeye, Victory NSS, Jr., HS Alumni, Jr. Street, Mopar v. World

    HS Alumni: $50

    Jr. Street: $50 (or included if signed up for 2025 points)

    Jr. Thunder or Jr. Lightning: $50 (includes 1 crew)

    Mopar Blast (Hellcat, Demon, Redeye, or Mopar v. World): $100

    Mopar Blast Trophy: $60

    Victory NSS: $125

    Crew/Spectator: $20
