Three local racers were big winners at NMRA/NMCA World Series of Muscle Car Drag Racing

May 7, 2023, St. Louis — The annual NMRA/NMCA Super Bowl of Muscle Car Drag Racing has concluded at World Wide Technology Raceway in Madison, Illinois. The four-day meet drew entries from Kentucky, Wisconsin, South Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Alabama, Texas, and Michigan.

Three local racers scored wins on the final day of racing (May 7).

Frankie Radake, of St. Louis, defeated Kentucky’s Gordon Harlow in the NMCA MagnaFuel Open Comp class.

Dennis Pearson of House Springs, Missouri, defeated Kentucky’s Cody Poston in the LME/Chevrolet Performance Street King class.

Kevin Corzine of Florissant, Missouri, won the FSC Bracket Open class over Columbia’s Matt Gibson.
