MADISON, Ill. (Sept. 18, 2025) – The NAPA Auto Parts NHRA Midwest Nationals are just over a week away, and the drag strip isn’t the only place fans will find entertainment at World Wide Technology Raceway, Sept. 26-28.
Campers play a huge role in each event weekend, and the Shed Campground Stage will be active all weekend long with live music and activities. Beginning Thursday morning, Sept. 25, and continuing through Sunday, campers can enjoy coffee and donuts at 7:30 a.m. daily at the Shed Campground Stage.
In celebration of pre-race festivities on Thursday and following racing on Friday and Saturday, the Shed Campground Stage will feature live performances from local bands Flat Broke (Thursday), Standing on Pluto (Friday) and Dark Horse (Saturday). After nitro, the stage will also host its own competition when the Pit Boss BBQ Contest fires up in the campground.
Music won’t be limited to the campground. The United States Air Force Band will perform at the Air Force Display at 4 and 7 p.m. Friday, 11 a.m. Saturday, and noon and 1:45 p.m. Sunday. The Air Force will also be joined by the American Rebel Band and the Illinois College Drumline at the NHRA Midway Stage at 2 p.m. Saturday.
The midway will once again be packed with activities, including SICW wrestling on Saturday. Fans can catch the action at the Top Fuel Party Pavilion at 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m.
The Top Fuel Pavilion will continue to be a one-stop destination for fans, offering drinks, snacks, and SpeedFreaks live driver interviews starting at 10 a.m. Saturday. Hosted by Crash Gladys and Kenny Sargent, these interviews will feature top drivers in the sport and give fans a chance to hear directly from their favorites.
The 2025 NAPA Auto Parts NHRA Midwest Nationals promise three days of nonstop, nitro-fueled racing paired with entertainment for the whole family. The full weekend schedule can be found HERE.
